Terms & Conditions

Last updated:

These terms govern your use of Sentadu, operated by PT. Digital One Global. By creating an account or buying an eSIM plan, you agree to the terms below.

1. The service we provide

Sentadu sells eSIM data plans for use abroad. Plans are activated by scanning a QR code or entering eSIM details into an eSIM-capable device.

Sentadu is a data plan seller, not a telecommunications operator. Networks in each country are provided by our local partner operators, so coverage and speed follow each operator's policies.

2. User accounts

You need an account to buy and manage eSIMs. You are responsible for keeping your account access confidential and for all activity that happens in it.

The information you provide when registering must be accurate. We may suspend accounts that are proven to use false data or engage in abuse.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices shown in currencies other than the Rupiah are display estimates. Payment is always processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through Midtrans, and the IDR amount to be charged is shown before you complete payment.

Exchange rates are periodically refreshed from a third-party rate provider. Display prices in USD or EUR may therefore change with the latest rate.

Purchases can also be paid with your Sentadu wallet balance. The wallet balance can only be used for purchases on the Sentadu platform and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

4. Activation and validity

A plan's validity starts according to the type of plan you bought. Some plans activate the first time they connect to a network in the destination country; others activate once installed on your device.

Make sure your device supports eSIM before buying. The list of supported devices is available on the Supported Devices page and is updated periodically.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Sentadu service for:

  • Activities that break the law in Indonesia or in the country where you are located.
  • Accessing, altering, or disrupting Sentadu systems without authorization.
  • Reselling or transferring eSIM plans to other parties without our written consent.
  • Actions that harm partner operators or other users, including use that results in network abuse.

6. Network availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee an interruption-free connection. Disruptions can come from maintenance, partner operator network issues, or events beyond our control.

Internet speed may be throttled by the operator after usage passes a certain limit, according to the terms of the plan you bought.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the value of the plan you bought for the order concerned.

We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising from the inability to use the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page along with its update date.

Changes take effect once published. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using our service.
