How it Works

From picking a plan to going online — short steps, all done before you board.

  1. 01

    Pick a plan

Search your destination in the store, compare data and validity, and choose the best fit.

Plans cover a single country, multiple countries, or daily unlimited — the price already includes markup, with no surprise fees.

  2. 02

    Pay

Check out with QRIS, GoPay, Virtual Account, credit card, or wallet balance.

Charges are processed in Indonesian Rupiah through Midtrans. The exact amount is shown before you continue — no hidden fees.

  3. 03

    Receive your QR code

Once payment is confirmed, your eSIM QR code is emailed to you immediately.

On the My eSIMs page, the QR code stays available anytime, complete with a manual LPA code in case scanning fails.

  4. 04

    Activate & go online

Scan the QR in your phone settings, turn the eSIM on, and you're online the moment you land.

Activation can wait until departure day — the plan only starts counting once the eSIM connects to a partner network at your destination.

Tips before you fly

Install the eSIM before boarding. Switch on airplane mode, then enable the eSIM when you land.

Make sure your phone isn't carrier-locked and supports eSIM — check the Supported Devices page.

The eSIM runs alongside your main SIM. Your physical SIM stays active for bank SMS and calls.

Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not at purchase.

How to activate

iOS

  • Open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data).
  • Tap Add eSIM, then choose Use QR Code.
  • Scan the QR code from your email or the My eSIMs page.
  • Turn on Data Roaming for that eSIM line.
  • At your destination, the eSIM joins the partner network automatically.

Android

  • Open Settings → Network & internet → SIMs (or Connections → SIM manager).
  • Tap Add eSIM and choose the QR code option.
  • Scan the QR code from your email or the My eSIMs page.
  • Enable the eSIM and turn on Data Roaming.
  • At your destination, data flows with no extra physical card.

Some phones name this menu differently. If unsure, look for "Add eSIM", "SIM manager", or "Tambah eSIM" in settings.
